It is a SCHOOL !
It means that you have to work each week with discipline if you want to be efficient and fuent. For that, you have to finish one folder by month and so you pay automaticly a new one each month even if you didn't finish the last one. In the same purpose, you have to be present in the only group class by month (and you loose your opportunity and money if not)...
